By accessing or using the Autiva EV Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Autiva provides an online platform for calculating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for electric and traditional vehicles in the Netherlands. Our service includes:

• TCO calculator with Dutch taxes and incentives
• Vehicle comparison functionality
• Current vehicle prices and specifications
• Real-world range data

While we strive for accuracy:

• All calculations are estimates based on averages
• Actual prices may differ from displayed prices
• Tax rates are subject to change
• We are not liable for decisions made based on our calculations

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Autiva or its licensors and protected by Dutch and international law.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our privacy practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

• Autiva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to €100
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Indemnification

You indemnify Autiva from all claims arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these terms.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to Dutch courts.
